REQUEST A QUOTE

1. Please contact us, either by phone, fax or email.

2. We will then issue you our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), so that your information is properly secured by us.

3. Upon receipt back to our office of the signed NDA, we will then send you a list of questions about your project so that we can provide you an accurate quote (i.e. for a PLA we would require a list of all medicinal and non-medicinal ingredients, their concentrations, samples of any labels, etc.)

4. Upon receipt of this confidential information, we can then use our internal 95 point MS Excel spreadsheet to provide your quote.

We normally are able to provide a quotation within 72 hours. We provide discount rates for bulk services when we can dedicate more than one week at a time to a specific project, and/or when clients pre-book our services each month, for many months.

Quotations for our food label service rates

Since we perform these services on a routine basis, we have become rather accurate in quoting the amounts of time required to perform these projects. As such, our time will generally be within +/- 10% of the quoted number of hours. However, if it takes us more than 10% longer than quoted to perform these services, you will not be charged more than 10% above the quoted amount. Should it take less time than quoted, then you will be billed only for the time spent.

What we need to provide you with an accurate quotation, is at least one of the following:

• An actual sample of the product (much preferred, but not absolutely necessary); and/or


• A copy of the present (and/or proposed) label - either by facsimile, mail or by email (PDF, MS Word, WordPerfect, or html); and/or


• The web site URL, so that we can download a copy of the label; and/or


• Any existing / drafted literature on the product.

Desired investment partnerships

ICS is open to inquiries concerning mutually beneficial alliances. In unique situations, ICS may forgo some of our up-front service fees for a % of back-end revenues generated by our clients product(s).
