Founded in June 1999 by Dale Enright B.Sc., ICS has developed a reputable working relationship with Health Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) that benefits all of our clients. Today we have a staff of six and have helped over 100 companies get over 1000 products on the market.

Canadian Quality Assurance (QA) Services

Quality Assurance includes the systematic monitoring and evaluation of the various aspects of a project, service or facility to ensure that standards of quality are being met. At ICS the bulk of our Quality Assurance services fall under the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO), among others.

Canadian Regulatory Affairs (RA) Services

Our Regulatory Affairs (RA) services have been designed to ensure that companies are in compliance with all of the regulations and laws pertaining to their business. Some of our RA services: Product License Applications (PLAs) for Natural Product Numbers (NPNs), Site Licenses for NHPs, Drug Identification Number (DIN) Applications, food label services, and cosmetic services. We specialize in products that fall under Health Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
